12. What is the difference between the plans?

Plans differ in how many users, branches and POS terminals (tills) you can have, and which modules are included — for example accounts, loyalty, campaigns, online shop, FBR or API. The Pricing section lists each plan’s limits and modules.

FBR, API, devices and printers

87. Is SimplePOS integrated with FBR?

89. What if the internet or FBR is down?

Sales still need the internet to be saved in SimplePOS. Invoices that cannot reach FBR wait and are sent automatically when FBR is reachable. Keep a mobile hotspot as a backup connection.

Partners (resellers) and the referral programme

93. How do I become a SimplePOS partner (reseller)?

Fill in Apply to become a partner in the Become a partner section of the website. Our team calls you, agrees your commission and partner prices, and creates your partner account; you receive your sign-in by email.

94. What does a partner get?

Your own brand, logo and colours on the website and the app, your own partner website and sign-up links, every trial from your link as your client, and a commission on every payment your clients make, with a partner dashboard.

95. How does a partner earn commission?

When your client pays a subscription invoice and the payment is recorded, you earn your commission percentage of that payment. Trials and unpaid invoices earn nothing, so renewals matter.

96. How does a partner get paid?

Add your bank account (IBAN) or mobile wallet in Payouts, then press Request payout when the available amount passes your minimum. Each request shows as requested, paid or rejected.

97. What is the referral programme?

Anyone can join free from Refer & earn on the website, get a personal link, code and QR, and earn a one-time reward when a business they refer pays its first subscription. The current reward is shown on the website.

98. What is the difference between a partner and a referrer?

A partner manages clients under their own brand, supports them and earns commission on every payment. A referrer only shares a link and earns a one-time reward per business; SimplePOS looks after the client.

99. When is a business counted as my referral?

When it opens your link and starts a free trial within 30 days on the same device. Self-referrals, fake sign-ups and businesses that came through a partner’s link are not counted.

100. I lost my referral dashboard link. What do I do?

Fill in the join form again with the same mobile number. If you gave an email when you joined, the dashboard link is emailed to you again; otherwise contact us on WhatsApp.
